  • 1 tube (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef

  • 1 cup prepared barbecue sauce

  • 1 small green bell pepper cut into 1/4 inch thick strips

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Place Potatoes in microwave safe dish, cover with plastic venting one corner. Microwave on high for 7-9 minutes or until just tender, set aside.

  5. Spread beef mixture onto crust, top evenly with Potatoes and bell pepper. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
