Garlic & Herb Potatoes

Wash and cut potatoes in half. Place in steam bag. Add oil and Knorr mix. Close bag tightly with nylon tie. Toss mixture to coat potatoes. Poke 4 small holes in bag below nylon tie. Microwave on high 12 to 13 minutes. Let potatoes stand in bag 5 minutes. Open bag and serve. (Salt to taste – optional)
